Product Description
We chose fruit exclusively from Tasmania’s Tamar Valley for our 2015 Pinot Noir, and then gave it the royal treatment – 15% new French oak and 10% whole bunches in the ferment – under the meticulous care of Okkie and Jeremy at Josef Chromy.
This is a wine that is generous on the nose with a fresh, rich up-front palate of dark red berries, balanced with a spicy finish and hints of chocolate.
